Who is responsible for your data
NERV AI BV, Antwerpsesteenweg 840/301, 9040 Gent, Belgium, enterprise number BE 1036.471.823, is the controller of the personal data you give on this page. Iris is a product of NERV AI BV. The contact address for questions about your data follows with the domain.
What we collect
What you type into the waitlist form: your name, work email, company, role, monthly spend on search ads, whether you run search ads in-house or as a freelancer, your CRM, and, if you fill it in, your biggest headache with search ads. We also record which link brought you here (for example the name of an email campaign) and the time you signed up. For spam protection, our servers briefly process your IP address. To confirm: how long technical logs are kept.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To put you on the waitlist, send you a confirmation and contact you about Iris. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To understand what search ad teams need and decide how to build and launch Iris, by reading the answers together. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in shaping the product (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not send you marketing about anything other than Iris, and we never sell your data.
Cookies and tracking
This page sets no cookies and loads no tracking scripts. Nothing is stored on your device.
Who processes your data for us
- Vercel (hosting and the form). The form is processed on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Attio (our customer database, where the waitlist is kept).
- Resend (the confirmation email).
- To confirm: the email inbox provider for the contact address.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or the United Kingdom. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. To confirm per provider at build.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after the waitlist closes, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. To confirm: NERV proposal.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use these rights, email the contact address once it is published. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Do you have to give us this data?
No. Without it we can’t put you on the waitlist. Every field except the last one is needed for that.
